Hand-forged for power and presence, this Damascus steel Bowie pairs a sweeping 8.5" cutting edge with a naturally contoured stag horn handle for secure grip and classic outdoor style. Built for performance, display, or gifting, each blade features a one-of-a-kind Damascus pattern that makes it uniquely yours.
Our Damascus cutting edges are hand forged by layering, melting, and hammering 1095 and 15N20 steels. The billet is oil-quenched at approximately 2100°F—performed twice to harden through the core—then etched in ferric chloride to reveal the striking Damascus “water” pattern. Because of this artisanal process, no two blades are ever the same, giving each knife a natural fingerprint of its own.
Note: Natural variations in stag horn and Damascus pattern are normal and part of the knife’s handcrafted character.
