Return Policy

You may return any unused item purchased from damascusknifeusa.com within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags and documentation.
  • You must provide valid proof of purchase (such as your order number, confirmation email, or receipt).

Refunds

If your return is approved, we’ll issue your refund to the original form of payment.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or a defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • For all other returns, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label, but the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable on correctly shipped orders.

Returns We Cannot Accept

We are unable to accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear.

  • 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
  • 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
